Lobster Time!

One of our favorite things about the Bahamas is their wonderfully fresh and available crawfish. To us its a lobster tail, but truefully its a crawfish (no claws). At Old Bahama Bay the local lobster guys will bring them over to your boat fresh daily and you can drill down the price. The guy in the picture first wanted $8.00 a tail, I ended up paying $25. for 5 and then he threw in another 2 for a cold beer and a pack of Nabs. Easy and I didn't have to spear them myself.
